JCCS Academic Language Assessment Week 24 - Online Learning
Online learning is not an effective way to educate students. Some students need CLARIFACATION in some AREAS of school. If the teacher is not in the same time zone then it may be hard to ask for help or recieve help. Also the teacher could have pre-recorded the lesson and could be retired now so there is no way to know if the class will benifit. There is no way to DIFFERENTIATE any work from someone else. This could lead to alot of cheating and work not being completed by the right person.
Sometimes, online courses do use lectures by retired teachers, but we also read books by dead authors. I think it is acceptable to have a current teacher use resources from other educated people.
